FILM SCREENING: The 2014 film Más Allá del Flamenco – Beyond Flamenco, recorded during the 10th Anniversary of London’s Flamenco Festival, will be shown in the Pina Bausch Room 90 minutes prior to many of the Flamenco Festival performances.
Más Allá del Flamenco – Beyond Flamenco includes contributions from dancers Olga Pericet, Eva Yerbabuena, Israel Galván, Rocío Molina, Juan Carlos Lérida; pianist Sylvie Courvoisier; hip hop dancers Sébastien Ramirez and Honji Wang; costumer designer Holly Waddington; choreographer Akram Khan; violinist Vladimir Dimitrenko; and Miguel Marín, the director of Flamenco Festival.
