After a very successful first edition of the international flamenco short-film festival, the second Festival Internacional Flamenco de Cortometrajes FFLAC 2011 is well on its way. 

Entries for short films of no longer than 15 minutes on the theme of flamenco closed on 22 August 2011 and this week the list of selected films in the finals have been announced. There is an added category this year for the best Flamenco Documentary. Entries for that were to be of at least 30 minutes duration. 

Here is the selection of films in the Finals:

All of these films will be shown from 8–11 December 2011 at Cineteca, Madrid, after which the jury will make their final decision.
